The fact of the matter is that those of us who eat less and lose less are living survival of the fittest. There was a time when humans and to hunt and scavenge to survive. Although, we have undergone a great deal of changes, when it comes to eating or not and gaining weight, we need to think back to the beginning. I found many years ago that if I ate only one average meal daily, I gained weight. As my metabolism slowed with age and hormones I held on to even more food. We who struggle for slim beauty are actually those who are holding on to every calorie in case of draught or famine. We are learning that this is in large part genetic and runs in families. We boomers are now hard against the hormone, and slowed metabolism wall. There is hope and in an eventual blog I will discuss it further. I have lost 65# and over 30 inches. I am eating healthier with far better nutritional substances than I have ever tried before. Most people estimate may age at at least 10 yrs younger than I am, some more than that. Wellness has everything to do with Energizing for Weightloss and then carrying through with a program. A slip, doesn't mean you have to tumble down the mountain. Go back to what you were doing before.
